Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kaiapintarelli015@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and photos showing the issue so we can make it right.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement if the item is still available. if a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post an approved refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
If s refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
